When you book, fill out our contact form, call us, or use your customer portal, we keep your name, phone number, email, service address, the details of the work you ask for, any photos you send us, and your quotes, invoices and payments.

Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Helcim. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To schedule your appointment and do the work.
• To send confirmations, reminders, quotes, invoices and receipts.
• To answer your calls, messages and questions.
• To keep a service history, so we know what was done at your home last time.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Our office staff and the technicians assigned to your job. Some of it passes through the services we use to run the business:

• Helcim — card payments and invoices.
• Our email provider — to deliver emails to you.
• Google Calendar — our own work schedule.
• Our web host — where this website and our customer system run.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Our booking and contact forms

The booking form, contact form and customer portal on this site run on our own customer system at gcccrm.com. What you type there goes straight to us.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our customer system uses only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in to your portal and to protect our forms from spam.

How long we keep it

We keep your records for as long as you're a customer and as long as we need them for our service history, taxes and the law.

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
